改进的完备经验模态分解和广义S变换相结合的地震信号衰减分析 被引量:8

摘要 改进的完备经验模态分解(ICEEMD)是完备经验模态分解(CEEMD)算法的一种最新扩展,其有效解决了CEEMD在信号分解中产生的残留噪声和模态混叠等问题.除此以外,ICEEMD还能更好地检测出含气层的弱信号.而广义S变换在地震信号中具有较高的时频聚焦性,可以清楚地提取地震信号的特征信息.综合以上优点,本文提出了一种ICEEMD与广义S变换相结合的方法,在南海某工区进行地震属性分析,从而检测该地区的含油气情况.具体步骤为:(1)采用ICEEMD方法对地震数据进行分解,选取相关系数最大的特征子信号IMF进行重构,合成一个能体现地震数据细节信息的特征剖面;(2)对该特征剖面进行广义S变换,进而计算其衰减属性;(3)分析衰减梯度属性,结合测井资料进行含油气检测.对南海某工区的结果表明,本文提出的方法可以清楚地刻画储层的强振幅异常特征,给出的含油气解释结果与已知的含气测试结果相吻合. The Improved Complete Empirical Mode Decomposition(ICEMMD)is a new extension of the Complete Empirical Mode Decomposition(CEEMD)algorithm,which effectively solves the problem of residual noise and modal aliasing generated by CEEMD in signal decomposition.In addition,ICEMMD is better able to detect weak signals in the gas-bearing layer.The generalized S-transform has high time-frequency focusing in the seismic signal,and the feature information of the seismic signal can be clearly extracted.Based on the above advantages,this paper extracts a method combining ICEEMD and generalized S-transformation to analyze the seismic properties of a certain area in the South China Sea.The specific steps are:(1)The ICEMMD method is used to decompose the seismic data,and the characteristic sub-signal IMF with the largest correlation coefficient is selected for reconstruction to synthesize a characteristic profile that can reflect the detailed information of the seismic data.(2)Performing a generalized S-transform on the characteristic profile to calculate its attenuation property;(3)Analyze the attenuation gradient properties and combine the logging data for oil and gas detection.The results of a work area in the South China Sea indicate that the proposed method can clearly characterize the strong amplitude anomaly of the reservoir,and the oil and gas interpretation results are consistent with the known gas test results.
