摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台分析肖纯教授治疗眩晕的用药规律。方法收集2018年10月—2019年7月深圳市宝安中医院(集团)肖纯教授门诊治疗眩晕病例处方,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),采用数据挖掘方法分析眩晕用药规律。结果共纳入处方223首,药物共124味,药物总频次为3698次。药物四气频次最高为温性,五味频次最高为甘味,归经频次最高为脾。药物频次居前6位是炙甘草、党参、大枣、当归、徐长卿、黄芪。药物组合居前3位是炙甘草-党参、炙甘草-大枣、党参-当归。结论肖纯教授治疗眩晕多用益气、养血、理气之品,善用归脾汤为基础方加减,体现临证“五脏相关,调脾为主”的诊治思路,“气血并调,重在补气”的治疗原则及“天人相应,顺势而为”的辨证特色。
Objective To explore medication regularity of Professor Xiao Chun in the treatment of vertigo based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform.Methods From October 2018 to July 2019,the prescriptions for vertigo cases of Professor Xiao Chun were collected.The medication regularity for the treatment of vertigo was analyzed by data mining methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5).Results A total of 223 prescriptions and 124 drugs were included in this study,with a total frequency medicines of 3698 times.The highest frequency of the four qi were warm and flat,and the highest frequency of the five flavor was sweet.Most of them were on spleen,liver,lungs and heart channel system.The top 6 drugs of the highest frequency were Roasted licorice,Codonopsis pilosula,Jujube,Chinese angelica,Cynanchum paniculatum,and Astragalus membranaceus.The top 3 drug combinations were Roasted licorice-Codonopsis pilosula,Roasted licorice-Jujube and Codonopsis pilosula-Chinese angelica.Conclusion Professor Xiao Chun mostly preferred to use medicines of replenishing qi,nourishing blood and regulating qi in the treatment of vertigo and he was good at using Guipi Decoction as the basic prescription,which embodied his clinical diagnosis and treatment idea of"five viscera are related,regulating spleen is the main"and the treatment principle of"regulating qi is prior to blood",and embodies the dialectical characteristics of"following the trend of balance between human and nature".
