摘要
为解决造纸法再造烟叶加料均匀性、料液有效利用率较低的问题,采用现场及理论建模方式对加香加料滚筒设备进行分析,对关键参数加料喷嘴与筒壁的单侧距离b的取值范围建立数学模型并解析。通过对在不同b值取值范围条件下的加香加料滚筒出口进行物料取样,并进行丙二醇标定试验验证,可以确定最佳的取值范围为e+c×tan(α/2+γ)≤b≤e+f-c×tan(α/2-γ)。以此对设备进行优化后,加料均匀性系数、料液有效利用率增幅分别达到33%、26%,提高了设备的加料均匀性和料液有效利用率。
In order to solve the problem of low casing uniformity coefficient for paper-making reconstituted tobacco and low effective utilization rate of casing,a practical and theoretical modeling methods were used to analyze the casing cylinder,and a mathematical model was built and analyzed with respect to the value range of the horizontal position b of the casing nozzle,which is a key parameter.By sampling the tobacco discharged from the outlet of the casing cylinder in different value ranges of b,and carrying out the propylene glycol calibration test,the optimal value range was determined as e+c×tan(α/2+γ)≤b≤e+f-c×tan(α/2-γ),based on which the equipment was optimized.After the optimization,the casing uniformity coefficient and effective utilization rate of casing were reached to 33%and 26%respectively,with the casing uniformity of the equipment improved.
