摘要
2018年的6月下旬,对被困泰国清莱府一座山洞内的12名少年及其足球教练的救援行动,引起了世界的广泛关注,泰国军方、美国空军、澳大利亚特警搜救队、100多位从各国赶来参与核心救援的专家,以及数量更为庞大的警察、护士等各类外围救援服务者,历时18天救援,终于将全部被困人员救出。本文基于与参加过此次救援的三位救援人员的交流,结合目前国内对洞穴救援的普遍认识,希望通过具体救援事件的剖析进一步提升国内洞穴救援能力。
In late June,2018,a soccer team of 12 boys and their coach were trapped in a remote cave in Chiang Rai Province,northern Thailand.Being followed by the entire world,the 18-day cave rescue operation ended as the trapped were taken out successfully.Thai military,the U.S.Air Force and the Australian Defense Force responded,over 100 experts flew in from all over the world and a large number of policeman,nurses and volunteers participated in this operation.Based on communication with three rescuers who have participated in this Thai cave rescue,this paper analyzes the case deeply,aiming to further improve the domestic cave rescue ability.
