高压电晕电场产生的离子风在紫花苜蓿种子中的穿透深度

摘要 高压电晕电场是新型物理诱变技术,目前高压电晕电场的诱变机理仍不很清楚,高压电晕电场产生的离子风在生物体中的作用深度存在较大争议。考虑生物媒质为匀相多组元系统,计算了高压电晕电场产生的N+、N2+和O-在紫花苜蓿种子中以及N+在纤维素中的穿透深度。根据计算结果,离子风不会对紫花苜蓿种胚产生直接作用。同时高压电晕电场的干燥效应和离子风对种皮的机械作用,可使离子风的作用深度明显增加。 Corona discharge field as a new physical mutagen has been widely used in mutagenesis although the mechanism of it is still unclear and there is a great controversy about the penetration depth of ion wind produced by the field in organisms.In this paper,the penetration depth of N+,N2+and O-produced by corona discharge field in seeds of Medicago sativa and N+in cellulose were calculated based on the assumption of biological tissue as homogeneous multi-component system.The result revealed that the ion wind had not the direct action to the embryo of the seeds of Medicago sativa.Meanwhile,it also pointed out that the drying effect of corona discharge field and its etching effect on seed coat surface might greatly increase the penetration depth of ions.
