摘要
目的探讨颈椎病应用显微镜辅助下颈前路减压植骨融合术的临床效果。方法以2016年1月-2019年1月作为研究时间范围,采用随机法将方便选取的该院收治68例单节段颈椎病患者进行分组,分为对照组与研究组,采用标准开放颈前路减压植骨融合术的34例患者为对照组,采用显微镜辅助颈前路减压植骨融合术的34例患者为研究组,对比研究组患者与对照组患者手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量)、JOA评分、疼痛评分(VAS)。结果研究组患者手术时间(51.61±4.26)min、术中出血量(21.36±4.82)mL显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=12.320、13.961,P<0.05)。研究组患者末次随访时JOA评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者应用显微镜辅助颈前路减压植骨融合术治疗具有显著效果,可以有效缩患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,并且具有较小创伤,较高的安全性,具有临床使用以及推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior cervical decompression and bone graft fusion with the aid of microscope in cervical spondylosis.Methods Using January 2016 to January 2019 as the research time frame,68 patients with single-segment cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected divided into control group and study group by random method,and standard open anterior cervical reduction was adopted.34 patients with pressure bone graft fusion were the control group,34 patients with microscope-assisted anterior cervical decompression bone graft fusion were used as the study group,and the operation indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss)of the study group and the control group were compared,JOA score,pain score(VAS).Results The operation time(51.61±4.26)min and intraoperative blood loss(21.36±4.82)m L of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=12.320,13.961,P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the JOA score of the study group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microscope-assisted anterior cervical decompression and bone graft fusion in patients with cervical spondylosis has a significant effect,which can effectively shorten the operation time of patients,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and has less trauma,high safety,and clinical use and promotion value.
