摘要
目的对比分析CT技术与MRI成像技术用于诊断直肠癌、术前分期的准确性及临床应用价值。方法抽选该院该次研究时间为2018年10月—2020年3月收治直肠癌患者73例作为研究目标,根据入院时间先后进行分组,对照组患者接受CT诊断,观察组患者接受MRI诊断,以手术病理结果为金标准,对比两组患者诊断及术前分期准确率,同时对比两组患者检出淋巴结转移准确率。结果观察组34例直肠癌患者经MRI成像技术检出率为100.00%,对照组39例患者经CT诊断共检出33例,检出率为84.62%,观察组检出率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.942,P<0.05),同时观察组术前分期诊断准确率明显高于对照组CT诊断,另外,观察组患者检出淋巴结转移准确率93.75%相较对照组45.00%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.506,P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者采取MRI成像技术诊断准确率较高,能够为术前分期提供参考。
Objective To compare the accuracy and clinical application value of CT technology and MRI imaging technology in the diagnosis of rectal cancer,preoperative staging.Methods 73 patients with rectal cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research target,and grouped according to the time of admission.The control group received CT diagnosis,and the observation group received MRI diagnosis,taking the surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the accuracy of diagnosis and preoperative staging between the two groups was compared,and the accuracy of detecting lymph node metastasis was also compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of 34 rectal cancer patients in the observation group was 100.00%by MRI imaging technology,and 33 cases were diagnosed by CT in 39 patients in the control group,and the detection rate was 84.62%.The detection rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.942,P<0.05).At the same time,the accuracy of preoperative staging diagnosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In addition,the accuracy of detecting lymph node metastasis in the observation group was 93.75%higher than that in the control group(45.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.506,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRI imaging technology for patients with rectal cancer is relatively high,which can provide a reference for preoperative staging.
