摘要
承插型盘扣支架属于“建筑业10项新技术”,具有稳定性强、安全可靠、安拆方便、适应性强等优点。以承插型盘扣支架体系在北京新机场城际联络线新机场站变截面地下结构高支模施工中的应用为背景,介绍了承插型盘扣支架体系的设计方案和工艺原理,详细阐述了支架体系承载力检算及在该工程中的应用,总结了变截面地下结构承插型盘扣支架体系施工方法,为类似地下结构高支模施工提供借鉴。
The gusset support belongs to“10 new technologies in construction industry”,which has the advantages of strong stability,safety and reliability,convenient installation and disassembly,strong adaptability and so on.This paper is based on the application of the socket-type web support system in the high formwork construction of the variable cross-section underground structure of the new airport station of Beijing new airport intercity tie line,this paper introduces the design scheme and technological principle of the supporting system of the socket-type disc buckle,this paper expounds the checking calculation of the bearing capacity of the support system and its application in this project,and sums up the construction method of the variable cross-section underground structure socket-type plate-and-buckle support system,which provides a reference for the construction of the similar underground structure with high formwork support.
