摘要
系统研究了纳米SiO 2对粉煤灰基地聚合物的凝结时间、流动度和力学性能的影响,并结合XRD、SEM、热分析等测试方法分析了体系的微观结构,探讨了纳米SiO 2对粉煤灰地聚合物的改性作用机制。结果表明,掺入纳米SiO 2使其体系流动度降低,凝结时间缩短,且掺量越大影响越明显。纳米SiO 2能提高粉煤灰基地聚合物早期抗压强度,其中纳米SiO 2的适宜掺量为1%(质量分数)。纳米SiO 2通过化学反应、颗粒填充和晶种成核作用提高了粉煤灰基地聚合物的抗压强度。
The effects of nano-SiO2 on the setting time,fluidity and mechanical properties of fly ash-based geopolymer were investigated systematically.The microstructure of the system was tested by XRD,SEM and thermal analysis methods to investigate the polymerization of nano-SiO 2 to fly ash and the mechanism of modification of the substance.The results show that the incorporation of nano-SiO 2 is a decrease in the fluidity of the system,and the condensation time is shortened,and the greater the amount of the addition,the more noticeable the effect.Nano-SiO 2 can improve the early compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymer,and the suitable content of nano-SiO 2 is 1%(mass fraction).The nano-SiO 2 increases the compressive strength of the fly ash-based geopolymer through chemical reaction,particle filling and seed nucleation.
