含二茂铁基的氨基硫脲均三唑和恶二唑的合成 被引量:13

Synthesis of thiosemicarbazide,1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4 oxadiazole derivatives of ferrocene

摘要 以二茂铁为原料 ,经过多步反应合成了 16个二茂铁的衍生物 ,其中 13个为新化合物 .这些化合物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱等对其结构进行了表征 .除化合物 3-二茂铁基二硫代肼基甲酸钾外 ,其余在水中均溶解性差 ,在丙酮、乙醇等中有一定溶解度 ,均易溶于 DMF和 DMSO. A series of new 3-ferrocene-4-aryl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles 7a~e and 1,3,4-oxadiazole 8 has been synthesized from ferrocene via 1-N-ferrocene-carbonyl-4-aryl-3-thiosemicarbazides 6a~e . The thiosemicarbazides have been readily obtained from ferrocene acid hydrazide 3 in good yield. These compounds have been characterized on the basis of elemental analyses,IR,NMR and MS.
