硕士研究生学业压力的构成及其化解策略 被引量:2

摘要 随着硕士生招生规模的不断扩大,社会各界越来越关注硕士生的培养质量。为了回应社会关注,高校加强了硕士生的培养过程管理和学业考核力度,硕士生的学业压力也随之加大。梳理学业压力的内涵及硕士生学业压力的有关研究文献后发现,硕士生学业压力可分为内源性压力和外源性压力,内源性压力主要是自我实现压力和学习任务压力,外源性压力主要是外界期望压力和学业竞争压力。基于学业压力来源,从学生、导师、学校、家庭四个层面探讨硕士生学业压力的化解策略,以期构建以内源性自我防御为中心、以外源性社会支持为保障的内外结合的学业压力化解策略。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of postgraduate education,people pay more and more attention to the training quality of master students.In respond to the concerns,school authorities have been improving the training process management and academic assessment of postgraduate students.These measures have undoubtedly increased the students’academic pressure.After analyzing the connotation and related research literature of academic pressure of postgraduate students,the researchers have found that their academic pressure can be divided into endogenous and exogenous types.Endogenous pressure may be attributed to self-actualization and learning task.Exogenous pressure is mainly the result of external expectation and academic competition.According to the source of academic pressure of postgraduate students,the researchers put forward the strategies for solving the problem from the aspects of students,tutors,schools and families,which are centered on self-defense and social support.
