摘要
目的探讨改良式减张美容缝合术联合595 nm染料激光预防术后瘢痕增生的临床疗效.方法选取激光科门诊浅表肿物切除手术患者120例,随机分成对照组和观察组.观察组采用改良式减张美容缝合术联合595 nm染料激光治疗,对照组采用改良式减张美容缝合术治疗,每组60例.两组患者均于术后6个月随访,通过温哥华评分量表(VSS)总评分值评价疗效,通过调查问卷的形式统计患者对术后瘢痕的满意率.结果观察组VSS总评分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者对术后瘢痕的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改良式减张美容缝合术联合595 nm染料激光预防术后瘢痕增生,疗效确切,患者满意率高,不良反应少,值得临床应用推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of improved cosmetic suture combined with 595 nm laser on prevention of postoperative scar hyperplasia.Methods The 120 patients of laser surgery in general hospital of Ningxia medical University were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with the improved cosmetic suture combined with 595 nm laser suture,while the control group was treated with the improved cosmetic suture alone(n=60).Both groups were followed up for 6 months,the total score was evaluated by Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),and the satisfaction rate of postoperative scar was measured by questionnaires.Results The VSS total score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the satisfaction rate was also significantly higher.Conclusion Improved cosmetic suture combined with 595 nm laser is effective to prevent postoperative scar hyperplasia.
