摘要
为弥补科技期刊学术专才短缺的问题,提出"依托学科专家办刊助力期刊发展"这一思路,分别从如何有效发挥科技期刊的一手编委专家资源和外向吸纳的专家资源2方面进行分析,深入挖掘专家办刊功能的多面性,构建科技期刊发展的健康生态,提升科技期刊核心竞争力。
In order to make up for the shortage of the academic talents in editorial department,we put forward thoughts on relying on scholars to boost the development of scientific journals,analyze on how to full play the effects of editorial board and the other scholars,and dig out the functional diversities of scholars on scientific journal running,constructing a healthy ecology for the development of scientific journals, and improving the core competence of scientific journals.
