摘要 目的:基于医疗知识图谱的智能辅助问诊可以在疫情期间做到无接触问询,实时响应,快速搜集用户病症,可在抗击疫情期间发挥重大作用。方法:通过疾病症状识别、实体修饰否定识别、实体关系构建等方式完善医学知识图谱,结合疫情期间新冠肺炎症状和接触史,发挥人工智能问询作用,为用户提供第一时间的咨询结果和就诊建议。结果:基于医疗知识图谱的智能辅助问诊系统结合新冠肺炎相关医学模型,整合升级后发布在浙江健康导航等平台。结论:完善后的医学知识图谱在抗击疫情期间及未来远程医疗都将发挥重大作用。 Objective:The intelligent assisted inter-diagnosis based on medical knowledge map can achieve contactless inquiries during the epidemic,respond in real time,quickly collect user symptoms,and play a significant role in fighting the epidemic.Methods:Identify the entity through disease symptoms.Modify the negative knowledge identification,entity relationship construction and other methods to improve the medical knowledge map,combined with COVID-19 symptoms and contact history during the epidemic,play an artificial intelligence inquiry function,and provide users with the first-time consultation results and consultation recommendations.Results:Based on the medical knowledge map the intelligent assistant consultation system combined with the new crown-related medical model was integrated and upgraded and released on platforms such as Zhejiang Health Navigation.Conclusion:The improved medical knowledge map will play a significant role in the fight against epidemics and telemedicine in the future.
