摘要
航路上发生的各种非常规天气是导致航空器飞行事故的重要因素。为了将天气所引起的损失降至最低,同时保障航班安全,基于航空器飞行路径及天气位置和运行方向制作模拟图形,运用逻辑推理方法提出不同的改航策略,并结合2019年强台风“利奇马”的发展过程,分析该天气系统在天津进近区域附近的运动特点,并运用所提出的改航策略进行验证。结果表明,所提出的改航策略是可行有效的。
Special weathers on route is a main cause of aircraft flight accident.Aiming at this problem,various aircraft diversion strategy is given by using logic reasoning methods based on simulation graphics of aircraft flight track,weather position and running direction of weather.Combined with a violent typhoon'Lekima'in 2019,the moving characteristics of the weather system near Tianjin approach area are analyzed and verified using the proposed rerouting strategy.Results show that the current strategy is feasible and effective.
