摘要
目的采用响应面法优化海藻酸钠-结冷胶复合膜制备工艺,提高其抗水性能。方法以透水率和溶胀度为考核指标,选取共混液总浓度、组分比例、丙三醇浓度、钙离子浓度、交联时间和干燥温度为考察因素,利用Plackett-Burman(PB)实验筛选出了对实验影响最为显著的3个因素,通过最陡爬坡实验进一步缩小考察范围和确认中心点,利用Box-Behnken(BB)实验确定最优工艺条件。结果对实验影响最为显著的3个因素分别为:组分比例、钙离子浓度、总浓度;实验的最优工艺条件为:海藻酸钠和结冷胶的比例为201.64%、钙离子浓度5.05%、总浓度2.41%,丙三醇浓度0.5%,交联时间5 min,干燥温度50℃,在此工艺条件下的透水率和溶胀度分别为72.28×10^−8 g/msPa,66.09%。
Objective To optimize the water resistance of alginate/gellan blend films by response surface methodology.Methods Making the total concentration,component ratio,plasticizer concentration,crosslinking agent,crosslinking time and dry temperature as the investigated factors,based on the previous single factor experiments,the central point of response surface methodology was determined.Results The three factors which impact the experiment most:component ratio,Ca^2+concentration and total concentration.the optimal condition:sodium alginate to gellan gum,201.64%;Ca^2+concentration,5.05%;total concentration,2.41%;plasticizer,0.5%;crosslinking time,5 min;and dry temperature,50℃,WP and SD were 72.28×10^−8 g/msPa,66.09%respectively with these condition.
