摘要
托吡酯是目前临床上应用较广泛的抗癫■药物,可用于多种类型的癫■和癫■综合征的治疗。文中综述了托吡酯的临床应用和安全性管理(包括认知损害、肾结石和泌汗功能障碍)的研究进展。
Topiramate is a commonly used anti-epileptic drug in clinical practice for various epilepsy and epileptic syndrome. The choice of using a particular anti-epileptic drug, and the fine balance between its efficacy and adverse reactions has always been a concerning issue in clinical practice. The advances in the clinical application and safety management(including cognitive function, nephrolithiasis and hypohidrosis) of topiramate were reviewed.
