新时期高校师范职前教育实践和职后培训研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 对于师范生而言,职前培养与职后教育是其职业生涯的重要组成部分。进入新时期以来,党和国家提出了更严格的要求,学术界对于高校师范职前教育实践和职后培训的关注日益密切,相关研究成果颇硕。但呈现出实践总结多、理论构建少,研究角度多样、研究方法单一的现象。文章从师范生职前教育的见习、师范生实习与研习以及职后教育的教师培训三个方面对学界相关研究进行梳理和总结,并反思其未来的发展方向。 For normal school students,pre-vocational training and post-vocational education is an important part of their career.Since entering the new era,the party and the state have put forward more stringent requirements,academic circles have paid more and more attention to the practice of pre-service education and after-service training in colleges and universities,and the relevant research results have been fruitful.However,it presents the phenomenon of more practical summary,less theoretical construction,diverse research angles and single research methods.This paper combs and summarizes the relevant research in the academic circles from three aspects:the apprenticeship of normal school students'pre-service education,the practice and study of normal students and the teacher training of after-service education,and reflects on its future development direction.
