摘要
随着物联网、云计算和人工智能的兴起,可以通过有效的解决方案来建立具有软、硬件结合的电梯安全云监控维护系统。作为电梯云监控维护系统的可视化云门户,开发基于iOS系统的智能电梯应用软件,为电梯制造商、运维方和电梯用户提供服务,可以使双方进行更加便捷的信息交互。同时,制造商和运维方可以更及时、更准确地监控电梯的实时、历史运行状态。因此,实现电梯安全可靠管理具有重要意义。在江苏省重点研发项目的支持下,首先分析了智能电梯云监控维护系统的总体架构。然后,根据项目合作伙伴的实际操作经验,确定了智能电梯应用软件的功能要求和总体设计思路。通过该系统,电梯运行方可以通过APP查看电梯的实时运行数据、历史曲线和监控录像;电梯操作方和用户可以通过APP查看电梯维护日志;电梯操作方和用户可以进行远程紧急交互。之后系统以MVC开发模式完成应用的实际开发,添加了百度地图SDK等外部框架,实现了基于HTTP协议与电梯云平台的网络通讯,将功能分为登录模块、地图定位模块、电梯信息模块、工单信息模块和用户信息模块。最后,完成了符合技术要求的基于iOS系统的智能电梯应用软件,并交付苏州尾矿电梯公司进行试运行。
With the rise of the Internet of Things,Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence,effective solutions could be made through these to establish an elevator security cloud monitoring and maintenance system with perfect functions combining the software and hardware.As the visual cloud portal of the elevator cloud monitoring and maintenance system,developing an intelligent elevator APP software based on i OS system to provide services for the elevator manufacturer,operation and maintenance party and elevator users,can make both sides have more convenient information interaction.This paper analyzes the overall architecture of the smart elevator cloud monitoring and maintenance system and determines the functional requirements and overall design ideas of the smart elevator app software based on the actual operation experience of the project partners.With this system,the elevator operation parties can view the real-time operation data,historical curve and monitoring video of the elevator through the APP.The elevator operation parties and users can view the elevator maintenance log through the APP.The elevator operation parties and users can do remote emergency interaction.The intelligent elevator app software based on i OS system that meets the technical requirements is completed and delivered to Suzhou tailing elevator company for trial operation.
