摘要
以笼型聚倍半硅氧烷/碳纳米管(POSS/CNT)为改性材料、尼龙12(PA12)为基体,制备了PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料,研究了POSS/CNT的用量对PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料阻燃及力学性能的影响。结果表明,POSS/CNT可降低PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料燃烧后膨胀率,PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料的阻燃性能得到明显的改善。在POSS/CNT用量为12%时,材料的极限氧指数值(LOI)为31.8%,较纯PA12提高了42.6%;垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级,产物自熄,烟密度等级仅为57。加入POSS/CNT有效改善了PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料的拉伸性能,并提高了PA12/POSS/CNT复合材料的热导率。
Using polysilsesquioxane/carbon nanotube(POSS/CNT)as the modified material and nylon 12(PA12)as the matrix,PA12/POSS/CNT composits were prepared,and the influence of the amount of POSS/CNT on the retardant and mechanical properties of PA12/POSS/CNT compositeswas studied.The results show that POSS/CNT can decrease the expansion rate of PA12/POSS/CNT composites gradually after burning,and the flame retardant performance of PA12/POSS/CNT composites is significantly improved.When the amount of POSS/CNT is 12%,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the material is 31.8%,which is 42.6%higher than pure PA12;the vertical combustion level reaches V-0,the product is self-extinguishing,and the smoke density level is only 57.Adding POSS/CNT effectively improves the tensile properties of PA12/POSS/CNT composites,and the thermal conductivity of PA12/POSS/CNT composites is significantly improved.
