摘要
甜高粱秸秆是非粮作物发酵生产燃料乙醇极具潜力的原料。对盐甜1号秸秆榨汁发酵制取乙醇进行试验,结果表明:盐甜1号茎秆汁液糖锤度呈现出完熟期>成熟期>乳熟期>开花期的变化趋势,出汁率表现出成熟期>完熟期>乳熟期>开花期的变化趋势;通过对其成熟期后收割(糖锤度>15°BX)、短期贮存(<3 d)、有效压榨(出汁率31.25%)和及时(<3 d)发酵24 h,乙醇得率可高于91.64%。
Sweet sorghum is a non-grain crop,whose stalks have strong potential to be used as the raw material for producing fuel ethanol by fermentation.This study established the technology of ethanol production through fermentation of the stalks of the sweet sorghum cultivar Yantian No.1.As a result,the Brix of culm sap in different growth stages of sweet sorghum varied in the following order:fully mature stage>mature stage>milk stage>flowering stage.On the other hand,the rate of juice expression in different growth stages varied in the order as follows:mature stage>fully mature stage>milk stage>flowering stage.Furthermore,the ethanol yield rate was more than 91.64%when plants of Yantian No.1 were harvested in mature stage,the stalks were stored for a short time(<3days),then juice was pressed efficiently and fermented in time(juice storage time<3days)for 24hours.
