麻醉深度对术后认知功能障碍影响的研究进展 被引量:10

Advances in research on the influence of depth of anesthesia on postoperative cognitive dysfunction

摘要 术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)是老年人常见的术后并发症。近年研究表明,POCD的发展与手术和麻醉关系密切,但麻醉深度对POCD发生的影响仍存在争议。文章从麻醉深度定义、不同麻醉深度对POCD发生的影响以及其可能机制等三个方面进行综述。麻醉医师应该关注术中管理对患者术后认知功能产生的影响,为POCD的防治提供新思路。 Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is a common postoperative complication in the elderly patients.A large number of studies in recent years have shown that the development of POCD is closely related to surgery and anesthesia,but there is still controversy on the impact of anesthesia depth on postoperative cognitive dysfunction.This article reviews the definition of depth of anesthesia,the impact of different depths of anesthesia on the occurrence of POCD,and its possible mechanisms.Anesthesiologists should pay more attention to the impact of intraoperative management on the postoperative cognitive function of patients,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of POCD.
