麻昭高速改扩建工程试验段差异沉降对比观测分析 被引量:3

Comparative Observation and Analysis of Differential Settlement in the Test Section of the Maliuwan-Zhaotong Expressway Reconstruction and Extension Project

摘要 为进一步探索软土地基上高速公路改扩建工程路基差异沉降和由此带来的对路堤稳定性的衫响,在麻昭高速公路路基填筑、路面施工及建成运营期间,对原路面路堤中心、加宽路面路堤中心、新旧路基交界处和路肩等位置进行沉降观测和分析。通过有无板桩结构加固处治路堤段沉降数据对比分析可知,有板桩处测点沉降量小于无板桩路段测点的沉降量,两者相差在0.6-1 mm左右,三个测试界面的变化趋势基本一致,说明混凝土板桩提升承载力和降低沉降的整体效应随施工进程逐渐显现。本文研究结论可为软基地区高速公路改扩建工程中路基沉降与预测分析提供实测数据支撑。 In order to further explore the differential settlement of subgrade in the reconstruction and expansion project of expressway on soft soil foundation and its influence on the stability of embankment,during the subgrade filling,pavement construction and completion and operation of Maliuwan-Zhaotong Expressway,the settlement observation and analysis are carried out on the original pavement embankment center,widened pavement embankment center,new and old subgrade junction and shoulder.According to the comparative analysis of the settlement data of the embankment section strengthened with or without sheet pile structure,it can be seen that the settlement of the measurement point at the section with sheet pile is less than that of the section without sheet pile,the difference between the two is about 0.6~1(mm),and the change trend of the three test interfaces is basically the same,which shows that the overall effect of the concrete sheet pile on improving the bearing capacity and reducing the settlement gradually appears with the construction process.The conclusion can provide the support of measured data for the subgrade settlement and prediction analysis in the reconstruction and extension project of expressway in soft foundation area.
