摘要
为了弥补人工巡检变电站微环境的局限性,针对变电站端子箱、汇控箱、机构箱、设备室等区域内,系统对微环境内的温湿度、空气质量等数据监控不足,且与站内其他智能系统缺乏数据交互应用,研制了变电站微环境智能控制系统。该系统集成温湿度自适应控制技术、空调自动调节技术、空气净化技术、ZigBee+网线+光纤综合通信技术和智能在线监测及诊断预警技术,实现了变电站内各区域微环境的智能在线监测、控制、诊断、预警功能,通过电力专网与其他智能系统进行数据交互,为变电站智能运维、检修决策分析提供大数据支持。该系统在500 kV文山站的成功应用,验证了系统的实用性及有效性。
In order to make up for the limitations of manual inspection of substation microenvironment,a substation microenvironment intelligent control system was proposed and developed in view of the shortage of micro-environment monitoring systems such as temperature and humidity,air quality in the terminal box,sub-control box,mechanism box,equipment room and other areas of the substation,the lack of data interaction applications with other intelligent systems in the substation,and the limitations of manual inspection of microenvironment equipment.The system integrates the application of terminal box temperature and humidity adaptive control technology,air conditioning automatic adjustment technology,air purification technology,ZigBee+network cable+optical fiber integrated communication technology and intelligent online monitoring,diagnostic and early warning technology to achieve the microenvironment temperature,humidity,and air in various areas within the substation.The intelligent online monitoring,control,diagnosis,and early warning functions of quality and its adjustment equipment replace manual inspection and solve the shortage of online monitoring,control,diagnosis,and early warning of various microenvironment monitoring systems in substations.The system interacts with other intelligent systems through the private power network to provide big data support for intelligent operation and maintenance and maintenance decision analysis of the substation.The successful application of this system in 500kV Wenshan substation has verified the practicability and effectiveness of the system.
