摘要
T型组合钢板桩是一种采用U形钢板桩交叉组合形成的新桩型,具有整体抗弯刚度大、可重复使用、经济性好等优点,是一项绿色可持续发展的支护结构新技术。介绍了几种常用的钢板桩设计计算方法,采用数值模拟Abaqus软件,开展T型组合钢板桩支护形式三维模拟分析;针对南宁盆地的地层特性,研究T型组合钢板桩的静压植桩法施工工艺,可为类似工程提供参考。
T-type composite steel sheet pile is a new type of pile which is composed of U-section steel sheet piles.As it is with the benefits of large overall bending rigidity,recyclable and economical,the T-type composite steel sheet pile is a green and sustainable development technology for retaining structure.Several common design and calculation methods of steel sheet pile are introduced.And three-dimensional simulation analysis of retaining structure of T-type composite steel sheet pile is carried out by the ABAQUS numerical simulation software.According to the stratum characteristics of Nanning basin,the construction technology of T-type composite steel sheet pile driven by static pressure is studied,which can be referred for the similar projects.
