摘要
采用琼脂凝胶法成功制备了一系列的ZnO光催化剂。用傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对制备的光催化剂进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝为模拟有机降解物,考察了Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O和琼脂质量比不同对ZnO的形貌和光催化性能的影响。结果表明:随着Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O和琼脂质量比增加,ZnO的形貌从蜂窝状变为纤维状。Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O和琼脂质量比为5:3,600℃煅烧温度下制备的纤维状ZnO表现最佳的光催化活性。300W汞灯,对亚甲基蓝溶液照射120min,降解率可达96.4%。
A series of ZnO photocatalysts were successfully prepared by agar gel method.The photocatalysts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of the mass ratio of Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O and agar on the morphology and photocatalytic properties of ZnO were investigated with methylene blue as the simulated organic degradation product.The results show that the morphology of ZnO changes from honeycomb to fibrous with the increase of mass ratio of Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O to agar.When the mass ratio of Zn(NO 3)2·6H 2O to agar was 5:3,600℃,the best photocatalytic activity was obtained.The degradation rate could reach 96.4%under 300 W mercury lamp irradiation for 120 min.
