Preparation of Nano-Pt-Ru/C Electrocatalysts

摘要 以炭黑 (VulcanXC72 )为载体 ,将铂钌混合氧化物胶体吸附在炭黑上 ,然后用氢气还原以制备Pt_Ru/C电催化剂 ,利用X_射线衍射 (XRD)以及X_射线能谱 (XPS)技术对样品进行表征 .结果表明 :在Pt_Ru/C中 ,面心立方结构中的部分铂原子被钌原子取代 ,铂钌合金原子的粒子大小在 3nm左右 ;铂钌氧化物吸附在炭黑上后 ,两种金属的氧化态降低 。 Carbon black (Vulcan XC72) supported Pt_Ru alloys catalysts were prepared by firstly forming platinum oxides and ruthenium oxides clusters which were adsorbed on carbon black, followed by reduction of H 2. The samples were characterized by X_ray diffraction (XRD) and X_ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements. The XRD results indicate that part of Pt atoms in the Pt_Ru/C catalysts are replaced by Ru atoms on the lattice pointes of a face_centered cube. Pt_Ru particle size is about 3 nm . The XPS results show that after the adsorption process the mixed oxides of platinum and ruthenium are in a low oxidation state which can be reduced even by bubbling H 2.
