摘要
在分析各种诊断方法优缺点的基础上 ,针对化工过程故障诊断 ,结合小波分析、专家系统和神经网络等技术 ,提出了一个集成型智能故障诊断系统框架 ,开发了润滑油酮苯脱蜡油回收装置诊断咨询系统 .试验表明 ,该系统诊断效果良好 ,能满足工厂的实际需求 .
Characteristics and limitation of the conventional fault diagnosis systems are analyzed in this paper. Then an integrated intelligent framework of fault diagnosis is proposed for complex chemical processing systems. The proposed system consists of integrated wavelet analysis, expert system and neural network. It is successfully applied in the lubricating oil dewaxing process.
