摘要
“双高计划”是我国高职教育改革步入深水区的攻坚之战,也是迈向升级版的开拓之举。对于“双高计划”的核心任务——实现新时代高职教育高质量发展,高职教育的主体——高职院校要在“两个行动计划”为其打下高质量发展的良好基础上,适应后示范时期高职教育资源配置转型需求,契合区域产业转型升级和中国制造对高端技术技能人才的需要。高标准定位、高水平设计、高效率实施、高效能产出需要从深化人才培养模式、完善创新服务渠道、建设高水平专业群、建立协同推进机制等方面落实。
"Double-high plan"is the battle of our higher vocational education refonn into the deep water area,but also to upgrade the version of the pioneering move.For"twin plan"core mission-to implement the new era of higher vocational education development,the high quality the main body of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges should be in"wo action plan"laid its development,on the basis of good quality to meet the needs of higher vocational education resource allocation demonstration period after transformation,with regional industrial transformation and upgrading and made in China for high-end technology skill talented personneed.High-standard positioning,highlevel design,high-efificiency implementation and high-efficiency output need to be implemented from the following aspects:deepening the talent training mode,improving innovative service channels,building high-level professional groups,and establishing cooperative promotion mechanism.
