摘要
目的研究近10年类风湿关节炎(RA)活动期的处方用药,分析其用药规律,为临床用药提供一定依据。方法检索2010年1月—2020年2月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)及万方数据库收录的中医治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的文献,筛选并整理处方。结果共纳入137篇文献,纳入处方137首,中药药味共219味,使用频次在25次以上的药物24味,其中排名前5的是白芍、甘草、当归、薏苡仁、苍术,最常用对药为甘草-白芍,角药为黄柏-苍术-薏苡仁,挖掘到核心药物22味,新处方核心组合14组,新处方7首。结论临床治疗活动期RA多以温经散寒、清热燥湿为法,可根据辨证论治合理应用不同功效及作用机制的药对,新处方的临床效果还需进一步验证。
Objective To study the prescription drugs in the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in the past 10 years,and analyze the rules so as to serve the clinic and provide some basis for improving the clinical curative effect.Methods From January 2010 to February 2020,the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI) and Wanfang Database included literature on the active period of TCM treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and the prescriptions were screened and sorted.Results Among them,the top five are white peony root,licorice,angelica,coix seed,and atractylodes.The counter medicine is licorice-white peony root,and the horn medicine is phellodendron-Atractylodes-coix seed.22 core medicines were discovered,14 groups of new prescription core combinations,and 7 new prescriptions.Conclusion In the active clinical treatment of RA,the methods of warming the meridian and dispelling cold,clearing heat and removing dampness are mostly used.Drug pairs with different efficacy and mechanism of action can be rationally used based on syndrome differentiation.The clinical effect of the new prescription needs further verification.
