摘要
新中国成立70年来,我国少数民族高等教育政策经历了初步形成期、曲折发展期、恢复重建期与完善提升期四个阶段。少数民族高等教育政策70年的发展经历了从教育权利分配向受教育机会的照顾,从教育机会的增加向教育质量提升,从人力资源支援向物力人力资源支持与人才培养并重过渡的变迁过程,形成了坚持中国共产党的领导,维护民族团结,坚持政策优惠照顾与少数民族自立自强相结合,坚持立德树人与服务少数民族地区经济社会相结合的基本经验。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,China's higher education policy for ethnic minorities has gone through four stages:initial formation,tor tuous development,restoration and reconstruction,and perfection and promotion.The achievements of higher education of ethnic minorities have proved the institutional advantages of China's higher education policy for ethnic minorities.The development logic of the higher education policy for ethnic minorities over the past 70 years shows that the problem domain of higher education of ethnic minorities in China ranges from the distribution of educational rights to the care of educational opportunities,from the increase of educational opportunities to the improvement of educational quality,from human resources support to physical human resources support and talent training focuses on the transition.We gained the basic experience that we must uphold the.leadership of the Communist Party of China,maintain national unity,insist on the preferential care of policies and the self-reliance of ethnic minorities,and combine fostering virtue through education with serving the economy and society of ethnic minority areas.
