摘要
目的使用Meta分析探讨心理干预对恶性肿瘤患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年1月至2020年5月间关于心理干预对恶性肿瘤患者心理状况及生活质量影响的相关文献,汇总数据进行统计分析,采用连续型资料Meta分析方法,统计量选择加权均数差及其95%可信区间CI,探讨心理干预对恶性肿瘤患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。结果共14篇文献符合纳入标准,总样本量1387例,其中干预组699例,对照组688例。Meta分析结果表明,干预前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和生活质量(QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组SAS和SDS均较对照组降低,干预组QOL评分较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论经Meta分析可知,对恶性肿瘤患者实施积极的心理干预能明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective A meta analysis was conducted to evaluate the impact of psychological intervention on the mental health and quality of life in cancer patients.Methods Literature studying the effect of psychological intervention on the mental health and quality of life in cancer patients was searched.The data was pooled for analysis.Meta-analysis of continuous data was conducted.The statistical results were presented as weighted mean difference and 95%CI.The effects of psychological intervention on the mental health and quality of life in cancer patients were discussed.Results A total of 14 articles were eligible including 1387 patients with 699 patients in the intervention group and 688 patients in the control group.The result of meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and scores of quality of life(QOL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores decreased and QOL increased compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The present meta-analysis revealed that positive psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression symptoms and improve quality of life in patients with cancer.
