摘要 本文阐述了某富硫金精矿氰化浸出工艺矿物学特征,研究分析含硫品位44%~47%的金精矿氰化过程含金矿物的嵌布特征、粒度分析、金赋存状态、解离特征等,研究表明,氰渣中含金矿物主要与黄铁矿共生,少量与黄铜矿共生,63.66%的金矿物被黄铁矿包裹,7.12%的金矿物被黄铜矿包裹,在氰化过程中增加细磨设备进一步提高含金矿物解离度,对降低氰渣金品位,提高黄金氰化回收率具有重要意义。 This paper describes the mineralogical characteristics of cyanide leaching process of a sulfur rich gold concentrate,The dissemination characteristics,particle size analysis,gold existing state and dissociation characteristics of gold bearing minerals in the cyanidation process of gold concentrate with sulfur grade of 44%-47%were studied and analyzed,The results show that gold bearing minerals in cyanide slag are mainly associated with pyrite and a small amount with chalcopyrite,63.66%of gold minerals are wrapped by pyrite,and 7.12%of gold minerals are wrapped by chalcopyrite.In the process of cyanidation,fine grinding equipment is added to further improve the dissociation degree of gold bearing minerals,which is of great significance to reduce the gold grade of cyanide residue and improve the recovery rate of gold cyanidation.
