摘要
采用集合工艺提纯酸性荧光黄染料,去除无机盐及中间体等杂质,染料溶液表面张力提高,过滤时间缩短。Ca^2+含量降至44.3 ppm,去除率达85.43%,Mg^2+含量降至47.3 ppm,去除率达88.53%,Cl-及SO4^2-去除率均在95%以上,染料纯度由75.42%提高到96.40%,制得4%含量的低盐酸性荧光黄染料色浆可用于高品质数码印花喷墨墨水。
The acid fluorescent yellow dye was purified by the collection process.The impurities such as inorganic salts and intermediates were removed.The surface tension of the dye solution was increased and the filtration time was shortened.The Ca^2+was reduced to 44.3 ppm with a removal rate of 85.43%;the Mg^2+was reduced to 47.3 ppm with a removal rate of 88.53%;the Cl-and SO4^2-removal rates were all above 95%,and the dye purity was increased from 75.42%to 96.40%.The 4%low-salt acid fluorescent yellow dye paste was prepared which can be used for high-quality digital printing ink jet ink.
