综采工作面液压支架安全高效回撤工艺 被引量:10

摘要 煤矿综采工作面的搬迁工作是保障正常生产接续的重要环节,而液压支架的回撤是工作面搬迁工作中最重要的一部分。为实现综采工作面安全、高效回撤,以某矿416综采工作面为研究对象,针对液压支架回撤工艺进行了探讨和实践。介绍了液压支架回撤前回撤通道的施工、供液系统的安装、回撤通道设备的拆除等前期准备工作,并论述了支架回撤工艺、回撤工艺的优点及保障措施。通过对液压支架回撤工艺的优化和应用,规范了支架回撤工作,节约了生产成本,提高了回撤效率,对同类型综采工作面液压支架的回撤工作具有一定的借鉴作用。 The relocation of fully mechanized mining face is an important link to ensure normal production continuity,and the withdrawal of hydraulic support is the most important part of the workface relocation.In order to realize the safe and efficient withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face,taking No.416 fully mechanized mining face of a mine as the research object,the withdrawal technology of hydraulic support was discussed.This paper introduces the preparatory work before the withdrawal of the hydraulic support such as the construction of the withdrawal channel,the installation of the liquid supply system and the removal of the equipment in the withdrawal channel,and discusses the technology,advantages and safety measures of the hydraulic support withdrawal.Through the optimization and application of hydraulic support withdrawal technology,the support withdrawal work is standardized,the production cost is saved,and the withdrawal efficiency is improved,which has a certain reference for the hydraulic support withdrawal of the other fully mechanized mining face.
