中江气田排液采气工艺优选决策研究 被引量:1

Optimization and Decision-making of Drainage Gas Recovery in Gas Wells of Zhongjiang Gasfield

摘要 中江气田沙溪庙组储层属于低渗透、致密砂岩储层,普遍采用水平井或大斜度井开发。为了提高中江气田排液采气工艺优选决策效率,首先对中江气田气井井筒持液率进行反演统计,将气井积液程度分为3级;其次从气井产量、压力、井身结构、介质出发,开展了各项排液采气工艺的适应性分析,建立了泡排、柱塞、气举、速度管柱的选井原则;再次针对各排采工艺增产能力和成本的差异,引入单方增气量成本,对各项排采工艺的经济效益进行评价;最后基于上述结果,制定了排液采气工艺优选决策原则,以产气量和套压为坐标,绘制了中江气田排液采气工艺优选决策直读式图版,成功指导了158口生产井的排液采气决策。新图版直接利用井口生产数据快速决策排采工艺,方便现场一线工程师应用,具有较好的实用性,对于中江气田积液气井的规模化管理具有推广价值。 Shaximiao Formation reservoir in Zhongjiang Gasfield is the one with low permeability and tight sandstone,which is developed by horizontal well or high-deviated well.In order to improve the decision-mak-ing efficiency of drainage gas recovery in Zhongjiang Gasfield,the following work has been carried out.Firstly,the liquid holdup of wellbore in the gas wells of Zhongjiang Gasfield is inverted.The degree of liquid loading in the gas wells is divided into three levels.Secondly,based on the production,pressure,wellbore structure and medium of the gas wells,the adaptability of various technologies of drainage gas recovery is analyzed.Well selection principles of foam drainage,plunger,gas lift and velocity string are set.Thirdly,according to the difference of stimulation capacity and cost of each process,the cost of increased gas production per cubic meter is introduced to evaluate the economic benefits of each process.Finally,based on the above results,the decision-making principles for the drainage gas recovery process in Zhongjiang Gasfield are formulated.Direct reading chart for decision-making of the process is drawn taking gas production and casing pressure as co-ordinate.One hundred and fifty eight production wells have successfully been guided for the decision-making during the process.The new chart directly uses the wellhead production data to quickly optimize and decide the process.It is convenient for the first-line engineers to apply,and has good practicability.It has the popularization value for the large-scale management of the gas wells with liquid loading in Zhongjiang Gasfield.
