不同车型对车-桥耦合系统动力特性的影响分析

Analysis on Effect of Different Vehicle Models on Vibration Characteristics of Vehicle-bridge Coupling System

摘要 基于多体系统动力学软件,分别建立A型和B型两种高速列车头车与简支箱梁桥的车-桥耦合系统动力学模型和两种车型三辆编组列车桥梁耦合系统动力学模型.在车速为200 km/h、220 km/h和250 km/h三种工况下,对比分析轮重减载率、脱轨系数、车体振动加速度、Sperling指数以及桥梁跨中垂向动位移、振动加速度等响应参数,研究了非铰接列车和铰接列车对车-桥耦合系统动力特性的影响.研究表明,在头车高速经过桥梁时,车速的增加加剧了车辆、桥梁的振动响应,车重较大的B型车引起桥梁的振动较为剧烈;三辆编组列车经过桥梁时,B型列车(铰接列车)由于车辆之间存在较强的耦合作用并设置有众多纵向减振器的原因,引起的列车和桥梁的振动响应反而小于A型列车(非铰接列车). This paper established dynamic models of vehicle-bridge coupling system of three kinds of high-speed train(A-type and B-type) head vehicle and simply supported box girder bridge,dynamic models of train-bridge coupling system of three vehicles train based on multi-body dynamics software.The comparative analysis of vibration response parameters such as the rate of wheel load reduction,derailment coefficient,vehicle vibration acceleration,sperling index of the three EMU head vehicle types and mid-span vibration displacement,and vibration acceleration of the bridge are obtained by simulation under the vehicle speed of 200 km/h,220 km/h and 250 km/h,the influence of non-articulated train and articulated train on the dynamic characteristics of vehicle-bridge coupling system are also studied.The research results show that the vibration response of the bridge and the vehicle is intensified with the increase of speed when the leading vehicle is passing the bridge at high speed,and the vibration of the bridge caused by the type B vehicle with large vehicle weight is more intense;the vibration response of the B-type train (articulated train) and the bridge are less than the A-type train (non articulated train) due to the strong coupling and the longitudinal vibration damper between the vehicles when the three car train passed through the bridge.
