摘要
在全球经济放缓及新冠疫情的冲击下,我国海运货代企业面临前所未有的挑战。在海外需求订单锐减、客户的资金支付能力和意愿骤减、企业资金压力骤升的困难面前,海运货代企业应从改革业务模式及经营策略、推动管理改革、拓宽融资渠道、采取合理的融资策略四个方面入手加快自身转变,以提升企业的经营活力及融资能力,解决当前困境,促进海运货代企业可持续发展。
Under the economic slowdown and COVID-19,our freight forwarding enterprises have suffered unprecedented challenges.Facing difficulties including the sharp decrease in overseas demand order,the plunging of clients"ability and willing to pay and the sudden rising of the financial pressure for related enterprises,freight forwarding enterprises should start from four aspects such as changing business mode and running strategies,pushing management reform,broadening financing channels and adopting reasonable financing strategies in order to enhance enterprises"business vitality and financing ability,solving current difficulties to push their sustainable development.
