摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见疾病,其病因众多。吸烟已经明确为COPD的重要危险因素之一,因此中医以吸烟为出发点进一步论治COPD是很有必要的。基于烟毒的特殊致病特点,燥毒做为引,肺脾肾虚损为本病之本,瘀血与痰凝构成浊毒为本病之标。在COPD的发展进程中,虚损浊毒互为因果,是吸烟引发的COPD的病理因素。临床上依据烟毒特性而进行辨证论治,先清燥(热)祛痰瘀,后以补虚为主,辅以调畅气机。就此说明益气化浊毒之法在治疗此病的过程中的重要性,方从法出,遣方加减,以期能为临床辨治思路提供有效的参考,减少疾病发生次数,延缓病情发展。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a common disease with many causes. Smoking has been clearly identified as one of the important risk factors for COPD, so it is necessary for TCM to further treat COPD with smoking as the starting point.On the basis of the special pathogenic characteristics of smoke poison, dry poison as the cause, Lack of lung, spleen and kidney is the pathogenic essence,phlegm and blood stasis are tangible causes of COPD. In the development of COPD,deficiency and turbidity and toxicity are mutual cause and effect. They are the pathological factors of COPD caused by smoking.Differentiation and treatment based on the characteristics of tobacco poisoning clinically, first, removing dry poison, phlegm and blood stasis, and then mainly to tonify deficiency,supplemented by regulating qi. Indicating the importance of the method of benefiting qi and removing turbid poison in the treatment of this disease, the prescription is based on the principle of treatment, increasing or decreasing the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,it is hoped that it can provide effective reference for clinical differentiation and treatment, reduce the number of diseases and delay the development of the disease.
