摘要
目的研究七厘散穴位贴敷联合利伐沙班治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果,为中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓提供丰富的理论依据。方法本研究纳入对象为2017年9月-2019年4月我院诊治的70例下肢深静脉血栓患者,采用随机分类方法分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组在采取一般治疗的基础上给予利伐沙班片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用七厘散穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效,比较2组患者治疗前后的临床症状、凝血功能:纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-dimer)、血液流变学:红细胞聚集指数(RCAI)、血浆黏度(CP)等指标的变化。结果 2组患者治疗后的临床症状、凝血指标:FIB、D-二聚体、血流变学:RCAI、CP等指标观察组改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论七厘散穴位贴敷联合利伐沙班治疗下肢深静脉血栓临床疗效明显,可以显著改善患者临床症状、血液黏稠度,有利于患者预后。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Qilisan acupoint application combined with Rivaroxaban in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, and to provide a rich theoretical basis for the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods This study included 70 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities who were treated in our hospital from 2009 to April 2017. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with rivaroxaban tablets on the basis of a series of treatments, while the observation group was treated with Qili powder Acupoint Application on the basis of the control group. After two consecutive courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed. The changes of clinical symptoms, coagulation function, fibrinogen(FIB), D-dimer, hemorheology, erythrocyte aggregation index(RCAI), plasma viscosity(CP) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms, coagulation indexes, such as FIB, D-dimer, hemorheology, RCAI, CP and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Qili powder acupoint application combined with rivaroxaban in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis has obvious clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, blood viscosity, is conducive to the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
