食品包装材料具有优异的抗菌性是保证食品安全、减少食品浪费的重要方法之一。抗菌色母粒作为制备原料,赋予了食品包装材料优良的抗菌性能,具有良好的发展前景。详细地了解抗菌色母粒,对研究和制备具有抗菌性能的食品包装材料具有重要的意义。本文主要从抗菌色母粒的特点、分类、制备方法、应用等几个方面进行相关介绍,为读者认知抗菌色母粒提供了指导与帮助。
The outstanding antibacterial properties of food packaging materials are one of the most important methods to ensure food safety and reduce food waste.As a raw material,the antibacterial masterbatch gives food packaging materials excellent antibacterial properties and has a good development prospect.A detailed understanding of antibacterial masterbatch is of great significance to the research and preparation of food packaging materials with antibacterial properties.In this review,the characteristics,classification,preparation methods and application of antibacterial masterbatches were mainly introduced,which provided guidance and help for readers to recognize antibacterial masterbatch.
