摘要
目的:研究超短波联合药物治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:选取2016-08-01~2018-05-01我科门诊诊断为耳鸣的患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例。治疗组采用超短波电疗联合药物治疗。药物治疗为口服银杏叶提取物片(80 mg,3/d)+甲磺酸倍他司汀片(12 mg,3/d)+甲钴胺片(50 mg,3/d);超短波电疗1/d,15 min/次,15 d为1个疗程,每个疗程结束后休息5 d再进行下一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。对照组仅用药物治疗,方法同治疗组。应用耳鸣致残量表(tinnitus handicap inventory,THI)评估治疗前后疗效,并比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率为95.9%,高于对照组的65.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超短波联合药物治疗耳鸣抑制效果更久,疗效更显著。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of ultrashort wave combined with drugs on tinnitus.Methods:Ninety-eight cases with tinnitus were selected in our department from August 2016 to May 2018,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with drug treatment.All patients were given oral ginkgo biloba extract tablets(80 mg,3/d)+betahistine mesylate tablets(12 mg,3/d)+mecobalamin tablets(50 mg,3/d).And ultrashort wave electrotherapy once a day,15 min each time,15 days as a course of treatment,rest for 5 days after each course,continuous treatment for 3 courses.The control group was treated with drugs alone,the treatment method was the same as those in the treatment group.Before and after treatment,the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)was used to evaluate the tinnitus level.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 95.9%,which was higher than that in the control group 65.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrashort wave combined with drugs has a longer inhibitory effect on tinnitus,and the clinical efficacy is more significant.
