摘要
目的探究儿科留置针穿刺置管中使用单手送管的临床应用价值。方法由该院自2018年1月—2019年12月接收外周静脉留置穿刺患儿中,随机选出100例进行分组研究,选50例行双手送管的患儿为对照组,选50例行单手送管的患儿为观察组。比较两组相关指标。结果对照组患儿的留置时间(4.1±1.3)d,与观察组的(4.3±1.2)d相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.799,P>0.05)。观察组患儿一次穿刺成功与助手配合分别为90%与10%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.336、6.250,P<0.05)。观察组家长对穿刺满意94%,优于观察组的86%(χ^2=5.754,P<0.05)。结论单手送管应用于儿科留置针穿刺置管工作,在提升了一次穿刺成功率的同时,也减少了助手的配合不协调情况,不仅有效提升了儿科医护人员的工作效率,还提升了患儿及家长对穿刺工作的满意度,临床应用安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of one-handed catheter delivery in pediatric indwelling needle puncture catheterization.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,100 children with peripheral venous indwelling puncture were randomly selected from the hospital for group study.50 children who underwent two-handed catheterization were selected as the control group,and 50 cases who delivered the tube with one hand were the observation group.To compare the relevant indicators of the two groups.Results The indwelling time of children in the control group was(4.1±1.3)d,and there was no statistically significant difference compared with the observation groups(4.3±1.2)d(t=0.799,P>0.05).In the observation group,the successful puncture and assistant cooperation were 90%and 10%(15/50)respectively.Compared with the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.336,6.250,P<0.05).Parents in the observation group were satisfied with puncture 94,which was better than 86%in the observation group(χ^2=5.754,P<0.05).Conclusion One-handed catheter delivery is used in pediatric indwelling needle puncture and catheter placement,which not only improves the success rate of one puncture,but also reduces the incoordination of assistants.It not only effectively improves the work efficiency of pediatric medical staff,but also improves the patient Satisfaction of children and their parents with puncture work is safer in clinical application.
