摘要
随着光伏与集成电路产业的高速发展,多晶硅的需求量日益增加。四氯化硅是采用西门子法生产多晶硅过程中的大量副产物,其工业用途广泛。在四氯化硅生产、储存、运输过程中,安全事故屡见不鲜,危及自然环境与人身安全。简单介绍了四氯化硅的物性,重点分析了其安全生产以及预防和应急处理措施,旨在提高四氯化硅生产企业的安全管控。
With the rapid development of the photovoltaic and integrated circuit industry,the demand for polysilicon is increasing.Silicon Tetrachloride is a large number of by-products in the process of polysilicon production by Siemens method,which has a wide range of industrial applications.In the process of production,storage and transportation of silicon tetrachloride,safety accidents occur frequently,endangering the natural environment and personal safety.This paper briefly introduces the material properties of silicon tetrachloride,and focuses on the analysis of its safety production,prevention and emergency treatment measures,aiming to improve the safety control measures of silicon tetrachloride production enterprises.
