2940nm点阵激光联合1064nm激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探究2940nm点阵激光联合1064nm激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床研究。方法选取2016年12月~2018年12月我院收治的增生性瘢痕患者56例,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组各28例。对照组给予Er:YAG2940nm点阵激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合1064nm激光治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS评分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均出现瘢痕红肿、色素沉着、毛囊炎、皮肤萎缩等不良反应,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2940nm点阵激光联合1064nm激光治疗增生性瘢痕可有效降低VSS评分,减少术后不良反应,继而缓解患者焦虑和抑郁心理,值得临床推广。
