摘要
论文从高标号混凝土配合比设计、控制裂缝措施、浇筑施工技术等方面进行反复研究和实践,通过在混凝土中掺加硅粉和聚丙烯纤维,降低混凝土入仓温度,泵送入仓浇筑以及覆盖养护等施工技术,有效控制了高强度薄层抗冲耐磨混凝土表面裂缝。
This paper studies and practices the mix proportion design of high grade concrete,crack control measures,pouring construction technology and so on.By adding silica fume and polypropylene fiber into concrete,the temperature of concrete entering the silo is reduced,the surface cracks of high-strength,thin-layer anti-scour and wear-resistant concrete are effectively controlled by the construction techniques such as pump pouring into the silo and covering maintenance.
