摘要
伴随我国人民需求增加和消费水平逐步提高,促进了物流业的迅速发展,仓储作为物流业中重要环节,也得到了飞速发展。仓储运营的过快发展,导致仓储管理过程中诸多问题逐步呈现。以物流业中仓储管理为切入点,通过对贵阳某物流公司仓储中心A1仓的仓储现状及存在仓储规划不科学、信息化程度低和人力资源建设滞后等问题进行研究,并在科学规划、加强设施设备建设、建立健全人才培养机制等方面提出了解决措施,以期为其他物流企业仓储管理提供借鉴。
With the increase of people’s demand and the gradual improvement of consumption level,the rapid development of the logistics industry has been promoted.However,the rapid development has gradually exposed many deficiencies in the logistics and warehousing management.Based on the warehouse management in the logistics industry,This research analyzes in detail the current situation of warehouse A1 in the warehouse center of a logistics company in Guiyang and the existing problems,such as unscientific warehouse planning,low level of informatization and lagging human resource construction,etc.,and puts forward solutions in scientific planning,strengthening the construction of facilities and equipment,establishing and improving the talent training mechanism,so as to provide warehouses for other logistics enterprises Storage management provides reference.
