摘要
目的:建立测定供注射用活性炭中Zn、Mg、Al、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Se、Ag、Cd、Cs、Ba、Pb等18种重金属元素含量的方法。方法:样品经微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法以45Sc、72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标元素测定18种金属元素。结果:各元素在10~1000 ng/mL范围内线性良好(r≥0.9990);检测限为0.01359~13.89 ng/mL;精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD<6.0%;各元素平均加样回收率为91.78%~102.34%,RSD为3.07%~7.33%。结论:该方法线性回归良好、灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于供注射用活性炭中痕量金属元素的检测分析。
Objective:To establish a method for the contents determination of Zn,Mg,Al,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Se,Ag,Cd,Cs,Ba,Pb in Activated carbon(for injection).Methods:After digested by microwave digestion,the metal elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with 45Sc,72Ge,115In and 209Bi as internal standard elements.Results:The linear range of the metal elements were 10-1000 ng/mL(r≥0.9990);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 6.0%;The average recovery of each element were 91.78%~102.34%,RSDs were 3.07%~7.33%.Conclusion:The method with good linear ralationship,sensitivity and accuracy,suitable for detection of trace metal elements in the analysis of Activated carbon(for injection).
