摘要
本文根据我国第三方检测机构实际情况及风险管理的基本流程和方法,对第三方检测实验室的典型质量风险进行了风险识别和风险评估,并针对主要质量风险因素提出了一些具体的风险防范与控制措施。实验室应根据CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》和RB/T 214—2017《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构能用要求》的要求,建立并不断完善实验室质量管理体系。
Based on the actual situation of Chinese third-party testing institutions and the basic processes and methods of risk management,this paper conducts risk identification and risk assessment on the typical quality risks of third-party testing laboratories,and puts forward some specific risk prevention and control measures for the main quality risk factors.The laboratory shall establish and continuously improve the quality of the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018"Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence"and RB/T 214—2017"Requirements for the Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions to Evaluate the Use of Inspection and Testing Institutions"management system.
