摘要
在煤矿行业中,由于工作环境的局限性,矿用大功率变频器和电机端之间不可避免的会用到长电缆进行供电,受到电缆的长度和特征参数影响,在电机侧会产生过电压现象。针对采用长电缆供电时产生过电压等问题,根据逆变器输出PWM波驱动系统等效电路模型,分析了由于长电缆供电引起电机端过电压的原因。然后,根据长电缆的参数变化对电机端线电压的幅值、振荡频率、传播速度等方面的影响进行了详细分析。最后,通过MATLAB仿真进行验证。
In the mining industry,due to the limitations of the working environment,a long cable is inevitably used between the high-power frequency converter and the motor end for power supply.Due to the influence of the length and characteristic parameters of the cable,overvoltage phenomenon will occur on the motor side.According to the equivalent circuit model of inverter output PWM wave driving system,the reasons for motor overvoltage caused by long cable power supply are analyzed.Then according to the parameter variation of the long cable,the influence of voltage amplitude,oscillation frequency and propagation speed on the motor terminalline voltage is analyzed in detail.Finally,MATLAB simulation is used for simulation verification.
